Some flowers in the greenhouse are starting to bloom…look for some snapdragon bouquets at the markets this weekend. We will likely start the flower shares soon. This week, Monday June 30 we will be taking a break from CSA distribution as the spring crops are almost done and we are waiting for the summer crops to start up. Come see us at the markets this weekend we will have loads of garlic scales and some greens.
Here are some pics…. our newest project….heritage meat birds (the irony is not lost). We will be offering them to our CSA customers this fall. Also we stocked our new laying hens in the chicken coop.
