We spent much of the day Friday cultivating and cleaning up the sides of hoop houses #1, #3 and #5. Those houses are completely planted with kale, lettuce, beets, spinach, lisianthus, early flowers and other early greens. Once we turn our attentions to large outside plantings, which is tomorrow, its easy for the greenhouses to get ahead of us.

We weren’t at the Meridian Farmers Market this last Saturday. Sorry if we missed anyone. We will be there this coming weekend Saturday May 10.
